We have the capability fold your larger printed pieces (up to 14"x 25") to fit within its package size (down to 5/8"). We use special folding equipment dedicated to producing miniature and pharmaceutical fold for pharmaceutical inserts, instructions, hang tags, pocket schedules, mini-folded maps and small product inserts.

Whitman Communications will then paper band your mini-folded print material into sets so you have better inventory control.

Important Paper Considerations for Mini Folding Jobs:

• Miniature folded products should be printed on lightweight paper stock whenever possible.
• If your mini fold products do require a thicker stock, it's best to channel score the paper prior to folding.
• Choosing the right paper is important to mini folding success. Paper stock with softer fibers will better maintain shape and should lay more flat. Though there aren't any sizes specific necessary for paper bulk, the general rule is the thinner the paper, the better production performance.
• Panel Layout - Folding sequences are important for optimum readability and mini-fold production efficiency. For example, while designs "1" and "2" have the same number of panels, miniature fold "1" may be  less expensive to produce and easier to read than "2".
